How a cleaning visit works

Same four steps whether you drop off, we come to you, or you mail it in.

01

Intake check

We log your device's make, model, and current idle/load temperatures as a baseline.

02

Open & assess

Case or shell opened, dust buildup photographed, and any worn parts flagged before work begins.

03

Clean & reseat

Compressed air, brushes, and filter washes clear every vent, fan blade, and heatsink fin. Paste replaced if included.

04

Re-test & report

We re-run the temperature check and hand you a before/after comparison with your results.

What customers notice first

Usually it's the sound.

"My PS5 fan used to spin up like a jet engine during long sessions. After the deep service it's basically silent. Wish I'd done this two years ago."

Jordan M. — PS5 Deep Service

"GPU temps dropped from 78°C to 66°C under full load. Repaste plus dust removal made a bigger difference than I expected for the price."

Priya R. — PC Deep Clean + Repaste

"Mailed in my mini-ITX build in their kit and had it back in two days, spotless inside. The before/after photos alone were worth it."

Devon K. — Mail-In Service

Frequently asked

Still curious? Reach out and we'll answer directly.

Will opening my console void the warranty?

Most manufacturer warranties are voided by opening the case regardless of who does it. We recommend this service once your warranty has expired, or if you're comfortable with that tradeoff for the performance gain.

How often should I get a dust cleaning?

Every 6–12 months for most homes, or every 3–4 months if you have pets, carpet near your setup, or run your device in a dusty room.

Do you replace thermal paste?

Yes — it's included in our Deep Internal Service and PC Deep Clean + Repaste tiers. We use high-performance non-conductive paste rated for sustained gaming loads.

What if my device has a problem beyond dust?

We'll flag anything we notice — failing fans, swollen capacitors, loose connectors — during the assessment step and let you know before doing any extra work or charging extra.
